Prins in Communicatie based in Wageningen, is the consultancy by Djura Prins for coaching and training for professionals and teams. The world is in transition and this requires that professionals and teams learn to deal with insecurity and can act or take leadership in those circumstances. Taking leadership in these conditions can be learned.
More and more people experience ambivalance and insecurity and don't know how to deal with that. To experience insecurity is part of life. It is important to find the coursage to act under such circumstances from ones values and such contribute to (societal and tehcnical) transitions at work and in life.
Awareness is a combination of developing skills to take a stance and leadership as a person in many different professional contexts. When experiencing failure this can be seen as both an opportunity to develop as a professional and your personal identity. BUt we often don't want to deal with the pain of the loss of images, hopes or expectations.
My clientes are academic consultants in digital technology, HR professionals, PhD candidates, quality management professional in production, students (over 250), people on their way to finding the right job after a burnout or another intense period caused by life events.
As teamcoach I worked at the Teaching and Learning Centre at Wageningen University with several teams working in education to self organisation with Agile as inspiration.
